What is your return policy?

We do ask you to give our products a shot for one week, just because a new sleep sound can take a little getting used to.

The return policy will be based on the retailer and e-commerce platforms you purchased the machine from. Please contact them to return your product. (Don’t hesitate to reach out to us, though, if you feel you’ve received a faulty unit – we’ll gladly fix that situation for you!)

What's the process for a repair?

We currently do not provide any repair service. If your machine is faulty and the warranty has expired, kindly contact our retailer for assistance.

My product is not working. What are my options?

*Note: please do not dispose of the unit.*

If you like, you may try cleaning your machine. Over time, dust can build up on the motor inside, causing the sound to change.

Is there an extended warranty?

We do not offer an extended warranty, but we are mighty proud of the machines we make and expect them to last many years. If something isn’t right, we’ll make it right. Please contact our customer service team with your question or issue – even if your machine is more than a year old.

Do you have a guarantee or warranty?

Please contact our distributor directly with regards to the warranty options available.

I bought a US model. Can I exchange it for an international model suitable for usage in Singapore?

We currently does not provide one-to-one exchange.

Do you provide repairs for machines bought from outside Singapore?

We currently do not provide any repair service in Singapore. Do contact your retailer for assistance. Otherwise, you may reach out to Marpac US for support.
